Brasy (PL)

Passion, friendship, new experience and affection for singing, this is how Brasy describes what unites them as a group. The pleasure they get while singing, motivates them to search for new songs and a distinctive repertoire. They have a democratic approach to this process; they do not have a leader, so they all make contributions. Irek Herisz was the initiator of Brasy in November 2007. The members of Brasy are as follow: Yoku, Wolf, Bufet, Siwy and Slowik. They sing traditional shanties a Capella. Even though they don't sing for a long time, they have already won a lot of prizes in well-known national competitions (e.g. Bialystok, Sosnowiec, Kraków). In November 2008 Brasy released their first record with a famous Irishman – Pat Sheridan.
